Questions owners ask
Does Dinerita take a commission on orders?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan per outlet. When online payments go live, only the payment gateway's own fee applies, and it is shown separately.
Can I use my existing menu?
Yes. Upload a PDF, a photo of your printed menu, a CSV or an Excel sheet. Dinerita reads it on its own servers, flags anything it is unsure about, and nothing goes live until you review and publish it.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on their table and the menu opens in their phone's browser.
Who confirms an order before it is cooked?
Your staff. New orders wait on the order board until someone accepts them, so nothing reaches the kitchen by mistake. You can switch this off if you prefer.
Are menu prices shown with tax?
Yes. Prices are shown as the total the guest pays, tax included, with no service charge added by Dinerita.
Can I export my data?
Yes, on every plan. The owner can download the menu, orders and bookings as CSV at any time.
